We are developing protocols for prevention CVD. Calcification is a widely spread pathology that increases the risk of heart stroke in patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVD). Calcification occurs in every second person with CVD, chronic kidney disease (CKD) and diabetes. Recent studies revealed that calcification is a rapidly growing disease with multiple molecular mechanisms. It can be treated by direct therapies, which means that there is an open niche in the global market of cardiovascular diseases (CVD). 

The our program consists of an algorithm, which calculates probability of calcification development, makes early prognoses and gives recommendations of potential drugs and biologically active compounds that can be used for prevention of calcification in the patient with CVD.

A diagnostics system "MineGenics" provides information about probability of calcification development and recommendations for the prevention of calcification based on the target-selected RNA markers in blood of patients
